At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to diagnose any kind of electrical problem with the a/c system because the voltmeter I used to have got fried by my uncle, but then I remembered I could check it with a test light *smacks forehead* duh. So I went ahead and made one and checked it out, turns out that the elecrical part of the ac system up to the compressor works fine. The problem is either electrical or mechanical within the compressor.
