Called a Ground Fault Neutralizer, the technology reduces the amount of electrical arcing at the point a fault occurs on the network. This reduces the level of threat to human life and risk of fire. It also allows electricity network operators to maintain power supply to homes and businesses, while staff are dispatched to fix the fault.

The Ground Fault Neutralizer is expected to cost-effectively reduce interruptions to power supply by 20 to 40%.

Transient or momentary faults can be neutralised as well, eliminating most cases of flickering lights and short term interruptions to power supply.

Removing plaster from walls can be done using a bolster chisel and hammer, but it is much easier with a SDS drill that has a roto stop function and a suitable chisel. Here we remove the plaster from a wall that is going to be tiled in the next few days. Brought to you by http://www.ultimatehandyman.co.uk/forum1/
