This charging circuit is based on Youtuber ElectronicsNmore’s design. I thought I’d give a try and see if it works for me. I experimented by using a 13.9v zener diode and got the circuit to cut off the charging at around 15 volt. A lower cutoff voltage seems to leave the battery undercharged. I used a 12 volt 10 amp dc relay. If you use the correct wiring and components, you can theoretically charge up to 10 amps. I will do further testing with this circuit using other 12 volt batteries that have different stages of discharge.
