The automatic transfer switch ensures the switching and isolation between the primary power supply and the standby power supply.Fully automatic operation ensures that loads are transferred automatically to the secondary source in case of mains failure.

Scope of use

-FTQ3 automatic transfer switch is suitable for the dual power supply system of AC50Hz, rated operational voltage 400V,rated operational current up to 250A.

-It is used for emergency power supply system to switch between two power supply, in order to ensure continuous and reliable electrical power to critical loads.

-It is primarily used in critical installations, for instance, fire protection system, telecommunication, coal mine and shipping,

-Industrial plants,residential buildings,emergency lighting,medical and health care, bank and securities exchange,airport, underground express way,

-Military establishment and similar loads that requires non-interrupted and reliable power supply.

The TES-1000KVA Mine Power Center is a versatile and compact portable sub
Station utilizing integrated safety features, which removes the operator from arc flash hazards. This design balances safety and ease of operation to provide a quality product.

Standard Features
• The MPC is compact in size, yet allows easy compartment accessibility.
• A high voltage contactor with simple control operation and indication lights significantly reduces arc flash hazard.
• Another form of arc flash protection is by way of remotely operating the secondary 600V breakers via flexi shaft handles mounted on the exterior of the MPC.
• Secondary 600V breaker (open/close) indicated through exterior mounted indication lights.
• A control poor visible through a Lexan glass has meters monitoring the coil temperature. The secondary voltage and the secondary current.
• The MPC comes standard with protection on the secondary side of the transformer by utilizing the following; 
-Startco SE-325 NGR monitoring and stunt protection,
-Startco SE-105 ground fault & ground check
• The MPC is customized to allow different accessories
• Built-in fork pockets makes for easy movability

A. General Structure
a. The Skid, welded construction. Base plate consists of 3/8″ steel with pull and lifting points made of 1″ steel plates, bored to accommodate lifting eyes for lowering down the shaft.
b. The enclosure will be fabricated from 3/16″ steel, welded construction and reinforced using tubular sections to maintain structural integrity.
c. All doors will be manufactured from 1/8″ steel, with bolted doors.
d. All viewing windows will be safety glass.
e. The transformer section will have ventilated doors with an acceptable drip edge for outdoor conditions.
f. The roof will be set up accept no cables from top entry for outdoor use.
g. All inner doors will be equipped with a double edge for outdoor use.

B. Main 5KV Section
a. The primary 5KV section will be 3/16″ metal plate bolted using zinc plated bolts to accommodate a teck entrance cable.
b. The high voltage primary load break switch.
c. Keyed interlocks will be provided to handle and door section.
d. Ground buss will be installed for grounding purposes.
e. NGR will be supplied to trip contactor upon any ground fault situation.
f. 15KV Vacuum contactor 3-phase, Safe breaker operation area.

C. Feeder Section
a. Consisting of one 1200a rated power line four panels.
b. Four KD breakers with shunt trip and aux. contacts.
c. Two provisions for extra breakers.
d. Indicating lights for positioning of breakers (open/close).
e. Startco 105 on all branch circuits.
f. Safe breaker operation area.

D. Metering and Control
a. Full three phase volt meter on 600V side.
b. Full three phase amp meter on 600V side.
c. Applicable standard signage will complete each cell.
d. Test function for tripping main and branch circuits.

E. Transformer Compartment
a. A 1000KVA core coils that meets all applicable standards.
b. 10KVA 600/120v control transformer for utility power.
c. Test report supplied.

F. General Notes
a. All wiring within the 5KV and 600v section will be suitably sized in accordance with Canadian Electrical Code.
b. Transformer will be tested in our shop, all devices tested to verify complete operation, and test sheets prepared.

H. Dimensions/Weight
a. Unit will be capable of slinging from each end under cage.
Approx. Length-120″, Width-50″, Height-60″



After a lot of testing, I discovered how this works.
Attacking the red guy always gives you 5x as much as the other two.
Each Battle mode is tied to a specific Breaker technique.
Each specific Breaker technique performed on the red guy increases your multplier.
Multplier increases up to 5.
Damage you take resets the multiplier.
The red guy counterattacks when knocked down.
Tornado mode is fastest way to rack up multiplier (a single running triangle attack on the red guy maximizes your multiplier in Tornado mode).
