Cost was about $500.
10/3 w/ground NM Cable runs from DP 30a breaker in panel, under crawlspace to outdoor box. Transitions to 4 separate conductors of THWN, 10 gauge (H1, H2, N, G)
18″ Deep 3/4″ PVC conduit
1 ground rod 8ft long in ground, fed with #6 ground wire as per local code. If water was fed into the building from the house well/plumbing, 2 would be required located 6 ft apart.
Up into the subpanel, where it is wired up with 14/2 NM cable using 15 amp breakers. Many circuits were added since these are where the interior/exterior lights are also controlled/turned on/off. This lets me lock the subpanel when I have company so no one plays with the lights or breakers, via a cam lock I still have to install on the panel door.
