Here is how a solar power system works.

A Solar Power System includes Solar Panels, Charge Controller, Batteries and Inverters.
• PV Panels: Photovoltaic Panels produce DC power when exposed to Light. Mono-Crystalline panels are used in our systems which have the highest efficiency and best performance. In our systems, 195W panels are used manufactured by Canadian Solar Inc with a performance warranty of 25 years.
• Charge Controller: Power from panels is fed into the charge controller which regulates panel power and charges the DC batteries. Our charge controller is based on MPPT(maximum power point tracking) technique. Due to this technique, maximum power is harvested from the panels. The charge controller we use is manufactured by Schneider Electric, Canada with a warranty of 5 years.
• Batteries: The Batteries after getting power from charge controller deliver power to the inverter. The Batteries we recommend are Dry Batteries which are maintenance free. Depending on our system design, the battery life is prolonged.
• Inverter/Charge: The inverter gets power from batteries and then converts DC power into AC power, thus in a form to be utilized by the home or Industrial appliances. And after sunset, the inverter is also capable of charging the batteries and running the load as well from WAPDA mains. The inverter range we offer— 4.5KVA(Schneider Electric), 5KVA(Chinese) and 6KVA(Schneider Electric)— depends on the load for which the Solar Power System is to be installed.

Our system also includes the following equipment and services;

 Hot dip galvanized iron frame structure for PV Panels

Combining an Arduino with a 7 segment display and a RC servo motor a Parking Lot with “Available places display” is simulated.
The sensing of cars is done using cardboard and aluminium foil.
Internal pull-ups of the Arduino (ATMEGA328) was used in the sensing switch pads.
