KYN61-40.5 is the 35KV class switchgear that is developed by bringing in the foreign technology. It is in line with GB3906, IEC-298, DL404 and other standards. It is applicable to the system of three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5KV for the use of power plant area, substation and large industrial mining enterprises to accept and distribute the electric power. The Main Purpose Of Any Starter Is To Reduce The Requirement Of High Starting Current. Normally The Starting Current Of An Induction Motor Is 6 To 7 Times Of The Full Load Current. This Is The Reason For Which A Starter Is To Be Used.
In Star Connection, The Starting Or Finishing Ends (Similar Ends) Of Three Coils Are Connected Together To Form The Neutral Point. A Common Wire Is Taken Out From The Neutral Point Which Is Called Neutral. There Is A Neutral Or Star Point

Line Voltage Is √3 Times Of Phase Voltage.
The Speeds Of Star Connected Motors Are Slow As They Receive 1/√3 Voltage
Low Insulation Required As Phase Voltage Is Low
In DELTA Connection, The Opposite Ends Of Three Coils Are Connected Together. In Other Words, The End Of Each Coil Is Connected With The Start Of Another Coil, And Three Wires Are Taken Out From The Coil Joints. No Neutral Point In Delta Connection.
Line Voltage Is Equal To Phase Voltage.
Line Current Is √3 Times Of Phase Current.
The Speeds Of Delta Connected Motors Are High Because Each Phase Gets The Total Of Line Voltage.
