How to repair my LG Refrigerator’s blown FUSE Part1.
This video shows you what I did (slow pace) to fix the blown fuse on the circuit board. If you follow what I did, then you take your own risk of doing it – don’t blame me please.

If the fuse blows again right after this replacement, DO CALL the Service Company for help.
BTW, my replaced fuse on Feb 2011 is still working as of May 2016. My overdraw of current was just a one time event so far since the 2008 purchase.

Paypal Donation of $1 gladly accepted for upgrading to a better video camera but not necessary. Paypal address: charlie.eng@outlook.com

If you have an older model of the LG refrigerator, then check out this class action lawsuit to see if it applies to you. You need to match the model # and then the serial # range.

Demonstration of a CBS ArcSafe®e RRS-1 universal remote racking system racking a General Electric AK low voltage circuit breaker. The CBS ArcSafe® RRS-1 is a universal remote racking system capable of remotely installing and removing rotary style draw out circuit breakers without requiring any modification to the existing switchgear. Operation of the simple to use RRS-1 is quite intuitive and requires only minimal setup. When used properly, the RRS-1 allows technicians to remain outside of the arc flash boundary during the potentially dangerous racking operation.

Demonstration of a CBS ArcSafe® RSA-29 remote switch actuator (RSA) system switching a General Electric AK low voltage circuit breaker. CBS ArcSafe® application specific switching systems aid in arc flash safety by enabling service technicians to operate low and medium voltage electrical equipment while remaining outside of the arc flash boundary during the potentially hazardous operation. The CBS ArcSafe® RSA-29 is capable of remotely operating the equipment shown without requiring any modification to the existing switchgear. Operation of the simple to use RSA-29 is quite intuitive and requires only minimal setup. When used properly, the RSA-29 allows technicians to remain outside of the arc flash boundary during the potentially dangerous switching operation.

This video is intended for demonstration purposes only; and as such, all electrical equipment shown is de-energized and any PPE shown is not intended for actual arc flash protection. Actual users of the equipment shown must always comply with any applicable federal, state, local, or in-house safety protocols during use.
